Cross-Cultural Engagement: Team Members
On the Top

Goals

  • To integrate diverse cultures together within the church, without assimilating or segregating.

  • To prepare and encourage others to go out into other cultures to proclaim the gospel.

Strategies

  • Develop conflict resolution processes that are more culturally global:

    • Discover a more universal truth to relate to, rather than cultural truths.

    • Find ways to widen people’s grey area.

    • Address difficult areas of coexistence as they come up.

  • Find ways to inspiring people to live on mission, and develop a more spiritual lifestyle in all areas of ministry in the church.
