Spiritual Formation

All ministry should be an overflow of our spiritual life, otherwise, it is an idol where we claim to be building the kingdom of God but have grown far from its king. Instead, with a firm understanding of who it is we represent, and a heart that is broken for what breaks his, we are able to more accurately reflect and display who God is, in his character, love, and justice, and proclaim the gospel in a manner more fitting of followers of Christ.

Leadership Development

Jesus completely flipped the roles on leadership in the act of washing his disciple's feet. A leader in the kingdom of God is not there because he is powerful, or influential, but because he is a servant. Therefore all leadership development should be focused on how we can become more servant hearted.

Communication Advancement

If one knows the truth of the gospel, they are destined to tell others about it. Because there are many barriers to communicate effectively, a guiding light comes through trying to understanding others, so that scriptural truth may get through.

Cross-Cultural Engagement

Living in a global world, it is inevitable that we will cross other cultures. So it is vital that we prepare ourselves in how to engage and encounter people who differ from us in a way that still reflects the grace that God has given us.
